The Mystery Behind The Diners with Charles Stiles

Have you ever gone to a restaurant and wondered what goes on behind the scenes? When you go to these places do you ever suspect that the restaurant is suffering because of the quality of the products used, or because the restaurant has bad employees? When you go to these restaurants to eat you expect quality food along with quality service from the employees. Sometimes you don’t get to see the problems that happen because they are hidden operations. We go on review sites all the time to see the reviews of restaurants to make sure everything is up to standard and there are no issues with their reputation in the public eye.

On this episode of the “Behind The Mic with Nick Morgasen” podcast, I sit down with featured guest Charles Stiles who is the host of “Mystery Diners” on the Food Network. During the interview we talk about a host of topics including: what his company does, how they set up the sting operations for the TV show, what processes he uses to fix the problems and a lot of other topics.
