Grab some "Sweet Cherry Wine" and enjoy Tommy James

       Are you a fan of the classic American rock music of the 1960's? This group had two number 1 singles in the U.S., "Hanky Panky" (1966) and "Crimson and Clover" (1968). The group also charted twelve other Top 40, including five in the Hot 100's top ten. I'm talking about Tommy James and the Shondells. 

    On this episode of the, "Behind The Mic With Nick Morgasen" podcast I sat down with Tommy James. We talked about all different topics from when the band formed in Michigan, to the bands hit "Hanky Panky" not getting any attention during his high school years and eventually being bootlegged for 80,000 copies and having to find a new group after his band left the music business. We went on to discuss other big time hits and how their songs eventually became movies and much more.
